| Airtècnics presents the new catalogue of high performance air curtains. On this new generation of air curtains, the aesthetics and efficiency merge to result in adaptable equipments that suit in any environment and decoration. There have been incorporated the most advanced techniques as a result of a continuous investigation and a large experience of Airtècnics, from which we would like to mention:
-Lineal blower with aerodynamic profile of high induction with controllable slope with 5 positions.
-Inlet micro-perfored grid with reusable filter functions of easy use that makes unnecessary the use of a prefilter.
-Centrifugal double inlet fans of high performance, equipped with external rotor motor, of very low noise level and controllable airflow volume. The support is built with aluminium and electro galvanized sheet steel finished epoxy-polyester white AL 9016. (Other colour options available)
Electronic controller box included and optionally there can be supplied with temperature sensors, pressure, doors opening, etc... And communication with control DDC or PLC.
All connections can be made from the top part of the unit with no need of opening the service door. To ease even more the connection to the control box, there have been integrated connectors RJ45 telephonic types that reduce the installation time and avoid errors.
Water heating coils 80/60ºC or 60/40ºC or electrical batteries with different voltages, everything following the strictest Europeans standards, all the electrical heating includes protection thermostats.
The meter panel is within the equipment, ready to connect to the main.
There are 60 models of WINDBOX air curtains series, to efficiently protect doors of 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4 meters high and length of 1, 1.5, 2 and 2.5 meters.
